15. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, refunds are handled as follows:

- A full refund may be requested within 48 hours of payment if work has not commenced.

- Once project work has begun, payments are non-refundable.

- For monthly retainer services, clients may cancel with 30 days written notice.

- No refunds are issued for completed work or delivered digital assets.
